Freshii Inc. Announces Purchase of MHD, LLC – Holder of Chicago Master Franchise Agreement

Freshii Inc., a global leader in the health-casual restaurant business, today announced the purchase of the entirety of the outstanding securities of MHD, LLC, the entity that holds the Freshii master franchise agreement for Chicago.

The master franchise agreement includes the current franchise network and the future development rights for the Chicago metro area. The MHD, LLC purchase price of USD$4.15 million, which was paid in cash on closing, is less than the Company’s initially estimated cost of acquiring this agreement of USD$5.1 million, as disclosed in the Company’s final initial public offering prospectus dated January 25, 2017.
